Residential Care

You or a family member may be beginning to find it difficult to continue caring for yourself at home. In such circumstances, it often means that residential care is what is required. Arranging this care and finding the right fit for you personally can be daunting and we hope to make this transition as easy as possible. Each of our residents is treated as if they were family and their individuality and personal requirements matter to us.

Here at Faversham House, we provide safe, comfortable living when you feel that living at home is no longer the ideal situation for you. Our goal is to provide an environment where you feel that your well-being, safety and comfort are ensured, whilst still being able to maintain a level of independence. We strive to provide for your every care and ensure that your personal needs and wishes are met.

“A person-centred approach to care was evident. Records were tailored around the needs of the person and staff were familiar with the likes, dislikes, preferences and wishes of people they supported.

People had the opportunity to engage and participate in a range of different activities arranged by the dedicated activity co-ordinator. We received positive feedback about the different activities that were taking place.”

Nursing Care

Faversham House is also able to offer nursing care for people with long-term health issues, disability and in need of rehabilitation. This service is available to people under and over the age of 65 years.

Thanks to our in-house qualified nursing staff, we are able to provide compassionate assistance for individual medical needs. Each resident has a personalised care plan to meet their individual requirements, support their overall well-being and maintain dignity.

“All the staff we spoke with were knowledgeable about the people they supported. They were aware of their life histories as well as their health and support needs. This enabled staff to deliver a more personalised and
responsive service.”
